Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Our client is a WOM broker that specialises in New Builds but they also deal with FTB Home-Movers, Shared Ownership, BTL mortgages & protection. They are looking for a mortgage and protection advisor to join their team.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;

• Ideally experience as a new build mortgage advisor
• CeMAP is required
