Mortage and Protection Advisor

Are you a qualified, customer-oriented mortgage and protection advisor looking for a career with a leading UK broker?

As one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. We’re searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Client Services team and build lasting relationships with returning customers.

What You'll Do:

• Understand customer’s aspirations and financial situation to recommend the perfect mortgage.
• Source the best deals from a panel of 72 lenders, ensuring clients get the most competitive rates and terms.
• Support clients through the mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Identify additional opportunities for financial products like insurance and protection.
• Deliver exceptional service by building trust and providing personalised support throughout the process.
• Stay compliant and informed: Uphold industry regulations.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary plus commission bonus
• £30k depending on experience with an OTE of £55-60k (uncapped)
• Hybrid working

• You will have full administration support working alongside you
