What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, managing changing priorities.
• Oversee dynamic and busy diaries.
• Prepare and send meeting invitations, agendas, and reminders.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as booking resources.
• Arrange global travel and detailed itineraries.
• Track expenses using internal systems.
• Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and activities.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to keep the team productive.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A high level of professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello (Desirable)
