What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development

• Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience

• Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and child development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning

• A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning

• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
