Salary: Negotiable + Annual Bonus

Location: Remote with occasional travel.
Hours: Full Time
Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities for home lifts/platform lifts in the allocated sales territory, primarily obtaining new business partners and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales adhering to the Reseller trade strategy.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out the strategies, plans and programmes designed to provide sales via dealers.
- Identify, recruit and appoint suitable business partners in line with the reseller strategy.
- Assume total responsibility for the development and support of new business partners to the point of regular ordering and independence.
- Agree and establish set sales targets for the number of new business partners and order rate of new partners.
- Introduce and present new products, ideas, and techniques to partners.
- Develop sales using available sales tools and company reports.
- Proactively suggest new strategies and projects for sales development.
- Foster relationships with existing business partners visiting regularly within the specified territory and arranging visits with potential business partners.
- Prepare meeting agendas and write sales visit reports and analyse relevant business data.
- Update company market and product assessments based on market trends, distributor input and competitor information, identify opportunities for new products, and possible new marketing programmes.
- Carry out commercial, survey and product training for existing and new business partners.
- Assist with travel and hospitality when business partners visit.
- Raise company profile by attending / participate in relevant exhibitions when required.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Commercial Director.
Essentials:
- Demonstrable knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Demonstrable knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrable experience in customer success and / or account management, dynamic ways to improve / grow assigned clients.
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
