Financial Controller - Law Firm 

Resourcery Group are recruiting a Financial Controller role for a well-established and profitable Law Firm with an office in Knowsley.

Working with a well-respected FD, and senior leadership group, the Financial Controller will help to drive the financial performance of the business. Our client has a brilliant culture and is well known as an excellent place to work. They are a market leader in their sector and are forecasting considerable growth. The Financial Controller role will oversee Management Accounts production, cash management and improvement of systems and reporting for the group.

Key responsibilities:

• To manage day to day financial operations of the largest division in the group
• Management of the transactional finance and management accounts team
• To assist with development and roll out of processes and best practice across finance department
• Management of monthly revenue process and reporting to FD
• Production of monthly management accounts
• Ownership of Budgets and forecasting process
• Ownership of cash management process
• Any other finance administration tasks as required to support the team.
• Other Ad-hoc requests and reporting as required

Key skills:

• Previous experience working within a similar broad, hands on role in a law firm would be desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong excel skills 
• Recognised Accounting Qualification
