My client are seeking an enthusiastic Financial Controller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers to join their Finance team within the Manufacturing industry.

Description

• Collaborating with various departments to develop financial plans
• Delivering accurate and timely financial reports
• Providing financial guidance to management
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Assisting in the annual budgeting process
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Participating in strategic business decisions with financial insight
• Contributing to continuous improvement within the finance department
• Management of 2 direct reports

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using financial software, excel & ERP systems
• The ability to work well in a team and independently
• Leadership experience
