Lettings Director - Central London

Client:

We are currently working with a boutique Lettings and Property Management agency in Central London, who are now looking for a key member of the team. They are a friendly and professional company who continue to excel within the prime central market.

Function:

The role will be multi faceted and the ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of both Property Management and Lettings. There is a particular focus on client relationship management and organisation of the day to day office functions.

• Line manage 2 x Lettings Negotiators, 1 X Lettings Administrator and 2 x Property Managers
• On-board new clients
• Maintain strong Client relationships
• Resolve complaints
• Oversee all aspects of existing managed portfolio
• Implement/improve processes
• Manage Arrears
• Oversee Property Management issues that have been escalated
