• £90,000 - £115,000 per annum

The Role

As Finance Director, you’ll oversee financial performance, strategy, and planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and the board.
• Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for revenue and profit improvement.
• Manage cash flow, audit processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

• Proven Experience in multi-site people based businesses such as Retail, Hospitality or Construction beneficial.
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Strategic financial planning expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate reporting.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
