Michael Page Finance are exclusively partnering a global leading specialist services business based in West London.

Founded over 40 years ago, the business provide consultancy and delivery of services to their clients across a multitude of sectors including Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, Business Services, Government and Construction to name a few. With a diverse scope the business has continued to grow as they add new services within their portfolio.

As part of their growth, they are looking to appoint a Director of FP&A for one of their global subsidiaries.

Description

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for:

• Develop the planning and analysis capabilities of the division
• Provide consolidated monthly and quarterly insights and reporting
• Key business partner to operational heads
• Analysis of performance to drive decision making
• Revenue and cost recognition
• Develop the FP&A team
• Budget lead for the region
• Ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience within FP&A in a leadership role (Head of/Director or looking to step up from Manager)
• Able to build relationships within a diverse, global environment
• Able to provide insight to inform business decisions
• Development of KPIs to assess performance
• Strong Excel skills and systems knowledge
• Services sector experience will be a distinct advantage

Job Offer

The Director of FP&A role comes with a competitive base salary of £100,000-£140,000, plus bonus and a comprehensive package.
