My client, a civil engineering and infrastructure PC are actively recruiting for an experienced Design Manager to join their work winning team in Peterborugh.

This is permanent role with a hybrid work pattern.

Opportunity:

Design Manager to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress.

This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team. Experience within the civil engineering industry is essential for this role, ideally coming from a main contractor background.

The candidate:

• Rail experience required
• HND/HNC/Degree
• Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e., CIOB
• Ability to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive, and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stage
• Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes
• Experience on bidding and winning work
