Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a local council based in Southampton. This is a temp ongoing position.
Responsibilities for this Administrator role:
- Provide support to the team
- Answering telephone inquiries from Clients
- Updating the system
- Escalating any queries to various departments
- Monitoring the mail box
Requirements for this Administrator role:
- Have an enthusiastic and positive approach to tasks
- Confident speaking on the telephone
- Must be highly organised and have great attention to detail
- Must be able to start immediately
The Role:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours are flexible between 9am until 5pm
- £12 per hour
- This is a temp ongoing position
