This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering,cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.

About The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and improving our facilities operations by utilising a bespoke OCS solution for harnessing the power of data in facilities management (OCS ABi). This position involves gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8am until 5pm

Location: Based in Ipswich but requires frequent travel across the country to various client sites and company locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to facilities operations, including asset maintenance, energy consumption, workplace optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and digital dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Presentation: Ability to create and deliver strong sales presentations to potential customers
• Business Improvement: Identify opportunities to generate value and cost savings and develop strategies with the site-based Facilities Management teams to implement these improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our software provider to form bespoke solutions for the deployment of OCS ABi as well as supporting site-based teams and customers utilising the platform.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of deploying OCS ABi software, ensuring the implementation is completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of technology and connectivity solutions, including network infrastructure, communication systems, and related technologies to work effectively with our software provider in forming bespoke solutions for OCS customers.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve organisational goals

You should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business/Data Analytics, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business/data analytics, preferably in facilities management or a related industry.
• Able to assert and influence people not under their immediate control
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change and support the side teams with things such as events.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) with a willingness to develop further specialised knowledge and understanding of technical, operational and IT subjects (training available)
• Knowledge of facilities management practices and principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
