Customer Service Account Manager

Elevation Recruitment- Business Support Division- are excited to be recruiting for a market leader within the Financial Services industry based in Sale Manchester for a Customer Service Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis

This role is available due to an internal promotion. 

Full Time - Monday-  Friday
Up to £32,000

If you have excellent Customer Service skills in either an Account Management or office based role this could be a fantastic role for you.

As  a Customer Service Account Manager you will be responsible in supporting the sales team with handling general enquiries, maintaining and developing the CRM system and providing day to day admin support for the sales teams.

You will also provide support with complaint handling ensuring good customer outcomes and handling the onboarding process. 

Within this role you will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail  ensuring all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to.

To be successful in this role  you will be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service and Relationship management skills.
