1st Line Support Engineer

DK Recruitment are seeking a 1st Line Engineer on behalf of our client based in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed a formal IT qualification or someone with 6 months+ experience working in the IT Sector.

Duties

• Provide 1st Line Support either directly from the customer
• Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
• Update the internal knowledge base with issue resolution details

Tech stack

• Microsoft 365
• Azure
• Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)
• Desktop support
• Network support
• Windows Server

Location: Plymouth (Hybrid, two days WFH)

Up to £25,500 DOE
Fully funded training and industry recognised qualifications
