A PE Backed Tech Business in Central London are looking for a progressive Qualified Accountant that is looking to make the step up to F.C. The ideal background will be someone who is ACA Qualified from Practice within a minimum of 1 year in industry.

Duties to include;

• Responsible for UK & Ireland entity whilst managing a small team (reporting into Group FD)
• Manage cash-flow, intercompany fund and ensure compliance
• Preparation of board packs for monthly meetings
• Review of group reporting packs
• Leading on the budget process
• Preparation of company tax returns (supported by FD & advisor)
• Annual statutory financial statements
• Financial modelling when needed
