• Are you either a Finalist, Newly Qualified or have around 1 to 2 years Post Qualified Experience - ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Equivalent)?

Assistant Finance Controller

A global Hedge Fund is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in trading activity. Our client, based in their London office with hybrid working, is after a Finance/Accounting person.

Assistant Finance Controller

• The role will aim to help bring the books and preparation of the financial statements in-house from the External Accountants.
• Review of management accounting packs produced by the External Accountancy firm.
• Supervise a team member.
• Management of the accounts payable automated process.
• Oversight of employee expense reimbursement.
• Management of Cash and Treasury.
• VAT and assisting with the Corporation Tax in conjunction with the Head of Tax
• Oversight of the fund expense accounts.
• Working on finance/accounting projects.
