Are you a dynamic project management or business development professional with a passion for delivering strategic initiatives and making an impact on a global scale? We are looking for an International Business Development Delivery Manager to lead and embed best practices across our International Development team.

In this pivotal role, you'll shape and drive the delivery of critical objectives while supporting our ambitious 3-Year Plan. You'll bring clarity and structure to a diverse portfolio of initiatives, spanning strategic markets, new growth opportunities, and transformation projects. Your insights and expertise will enable our teams to execute ‘fewer, bigger' initiatives, ‘right first time, on time'.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with Franchise, Strategic Partnerships, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and coherence, while also managing interdependencies and risks. Acting as a key interface across the International Division and wider H&B, you'll help integrate and align plans for maximum impact.

The Role:

As a Business Development Delivery Manager, you'll lead the project management of international growth initiatives. This role ensures the seamless execution of strategic priorities, embedding best practices, and fostering collaboration across teams to deliver transformative results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency, manage risks, and enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project manage the consolidated International Development Business Plan
  • Develop and monitor a clear plan of priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Address risks proactively and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate reviews and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Project manage International Development-specific growth and change projects
    • Oversee new market launches, system deployments, and operational improvements.
    • Provide tools and templates for efficiency and consistency.
    • Support business case development and ensure clear KPIs.
  • Maintain International Development integration into Group transformation projects
    • Align initiatives with group-wide transformation plans and address interdependencies.
    • Capture team requirements to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
  • Land the Group transformational change within International Development
    • Manage seamless implementation of new systems and processes.
    • Track success metrics and deliver training as required.
  • Enable effective decision-making through insights
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide relevant industry, customer, and competitor insights.

    Location: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in Nuneaton or other hubs

    The Person:

    • Substantial experience and proven track record of successful project delivery, including ‘concurrent running' is essential
    • Experience in a Retail, eCommerce and/or FMCG environment essential
    • Advanced MS Power-point, Word & Excel skills essential
    • Experience in developing opportunities and delivering initiatives internationally is advantageous
    • Understanding of working in an Agile/Product Led environment advantageous
    • Excellent knowledge of, and practical application of project management methodologies and techniques
    • Effective in unifying and creating teams of cross-functional people with different skills, working across cultures and demonstrating capability to facilitate across internal and external teams
    • Experience in health and wellness advantageous, a demonstrable passion for health and wellness is important
