Description
- Proactively assist Sector/Site Managers with daily tasks, inquiries, quotations, and order management.
- Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Prepare pricing, tenders, and quotations for manufactured products, procured goods/services, and propose alternative options and pricing to compete with market offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and update the CRM in coordination with the relevant Sector/Site Manager.
- Develop proficiency in product costing and pricing using the established price list.
- Provide support and act as a deputy for Sector/Site Managers during their absence.
- Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email and live chat.
- Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Working in a team to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
- Utilising CRM systems to log customer interactions and details.
- Contributing to team meetings to share best practice and ideas for improvement.
- Maintaining knowledge of the retail industry and company products.
