The role
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you'll handle a diverse caseload of high-quality work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development projects
• Property finance transactions
• Lease negotiations and renewals

The firm's client base spans across various sectors, offering you exposure to a broad range of industries and the chance to build lasting client relationships.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years of PQE in Commercial Property law
• A proactive and commercial approach to legal matters
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• A commitment to providing practical, high-quality advice
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
