As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals with a talent for identifying opportunities and a commitment to delivering world-class service to join us as a Business Development Manager at our Leeds Office.

In this role, you will be mentored by seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable insights and expertise as you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Building and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Developing and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
• Conducting market research to identify trends and potential clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently
• Presenting the company’s services and solutions to potential clients in a compelling manner
• Preparing and deliver business proposals, reports, and presentations to prospects
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Providing full administrative support to the Director of Business Development
• Liaising with residential and developer clients, and negotiate and work with contractors


Essentials for the Role
We are looking for individuals who:
• Exhibit excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills to effectively handle a large and diverse caseload
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
• Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
• Leverage prior experience in a similar role within the property sector to contribute effectively from the outset (preferred)
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in business development (required)
• Demonstrate 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM software (required)
• Exhibit strong organisational skills with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (required)
• Showcase 2 years of proven success in sales roles (required)
