Management Accountant

Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, international, multi-billion turnover, Manufacturing business, to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Management Accountant, based in Leicester, you will be responsible for the following:

• Producing a full set of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Conducting variance analysis on key financial metrics
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Providing analytic reviews and commentary to finance and non-finance stakeholders

The successful Management Accountant will have the following experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Background in Management Accounting
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for concise reporting and commentary

As Management Accountant, you will be entitled to the following:

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 10% discretionary bonus
• Hybrid working (2 days from home)
