Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are working with our Client to recruit for a Accounts Payable Manager on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who would like to take on a new challenge and be part of the growth and development of a successful team.

Description

As a Accounts Payable Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• An appropriate level of accounting qualification, part-qualified or qualified by experience
• Experience using accounting and financial applications
• Able to deliver results under pressure and to specific time scales
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to prepare accurate financial spreadsheets
• Ability to communicate financial knowledge to the wider team
• Able to work independently or as part of a wider team

Profile

In order to be successful when applying for this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

• Previous AP Team Lead experience
• A deep understanding of accounting principles and AP Processes
• Accounts Payable experience in more than one setting.
• Experience with GRNI Process.
• Previous experience of change management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Retail Background would be advantageous
• AAT
• Varied experience across multiple sectors.
