Description
- Leading the AP team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices.
- Overseeing the month-end close process for accounts payable.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and policies for the AP department.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Reviewing and approving payment runs.
- Assisting in the development of the AP team through coaching and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Contributing to projects and initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful AP Supervisor should have:
- A strong background in Accounts Payable.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Adept at working with financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.
