Job description:

Recruit UK are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a thriving team in Swindon. In this role, you will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients, helping them navigate the process of securing their ideal home or investment. Ideally, this individual with have experience in business protection, as well as personal protection.

Job Duties:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and partners.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met throughout the process.
• Proactively manage leads and client relationships to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Mortgage Advice role
• CeMAP
• Proven experience in both mortgage and protection advising (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• A customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
