Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional mortgage advice, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consultation.
• Utilise leads generated by the estate agency to identify and convert mortgage opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements:

• A CeMAP qualification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably within an estate agency environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market and mortgage trends
