The Role

This HR role is generalist, an opportunity to be involved in the whole employee life-cycle.

There will be lots of exciting projects to oversee & deliver as well as day to day duties which will include:

  • Hire & recruitment (with partner agency support)
  • Onboarding & retention
  • Training and development 
  • Managing salaries & benefits
  • Fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and handling grievances 
  • Performance management 
  • Compliance 
  • Working with management to encourage a culture that supports the company's goals 
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and managers to ensure communication is appropriate


What are we looking for?

You will already have several years’ exposure in a Generalist HR role and be either ready to step it up a gear or already at managerial level. 

Although there are no direct reports with this role, we are looking for someone with the gravitas required to help drive this company forward.  This is an opportunity to join a HR team that empowers employees to be their very best whist ensuring the company’s HR policies are robust, adaptable to change & encouraging of growth.

You must be at least Level 3 CIPD and can expect study support to continue your own personal development as well as a wide exposure to all things HR to compliment your studies.
