About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all HR matters within the business. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive the HR agenda, supporting line managers, and offering expert advice on employee relations, policy development, and strategic initiatives. While the HR Assistant handles recruitment and administration, you will have the opportunity to focus on higher-level HR management and business support, from creating insightful reports to managing the Health & Safety processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on employee relations issues, although very low volume.
Managing a small team of five receptionists, ensuring their needs are met.
About You:
Strong experience working in a HR role either standalone or as part of a team, where you have had to be both strategic and hands-on.
