Description
- Design and implement CRM strategies that align with global business objectives while considering regional differences for both B2C and B2B customer segments
- Define and monitor global customer journeys to optimise UX across various markets and touchpoints
- Manage, configure, and optimise the global CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Klaviyo) to ensure seamless integration with sales, marketing, and support functions
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to maintain data integrity, system security, and scalability
- Develop automation work-flows to streamline global processes, including email marketing, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
- Analyse CRM data across regions to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Generate detailed reports on global customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Use data insights to refine and improve global lead nurturing programs and campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with regional sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align CRM strategies with global and local business goals
- Provide training and support to teams across different regions on CRM best practices, data entry, and reporting
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in managing CRM systems in both B2B and B2C environments, with experience in global or multi-region setups
- Proficiency in CRM platforms , data analytics tools, and marketing automation software
- Strong ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with global stakeholders
- Keen eye for detail, especially in data accuracy, reporting, and campaign tracking
- Ability to diagnose challenges in global CRM workflows and implement effective solutions
