We are seeking an experienced Media Lecturer to join our team at the Bexley Campus. This role involves teaching across all levels of Media Studies qualifications, with a focus on Animation, Gaming and Graphics, and TV, Film and Sound. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTEC qualifications and up-to-date industry knowledge.

• Teach various Media Studies courses, specialising in Animation, Gaming and Graphics, and TV, Film and Sound.
• Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Utilise current industry knowledge to enhance the learning experience of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

• Must hold a Media qualification and a full teaching qualification or be actively working towards one.
• Proven experience in teaching Media Studies, particularly in a BTEC context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
• Excellent organisational skills, combined with proficient IT knowledge and sound administrative abilities.
• Current and comprehensive knowledge of the media industry, particularly in areas relevant to the courses being taught.
