We are seeking an experienced Media Lecturer to join our team at the Bromley Campus. This role involves teaching across all levels of Media Studies qualifications, including specialisations in Animation, Gaming and Graphics, TV, Film and Sound, and Esports. This position is ideal for candidates who are deeply knowledgeable about BTEC qualifications and possess both the academic and practical industry experience necessary to deliver comprehensive media education.

• Teach various Media Studies courses across different specialisations such as Animation, Gaming and Graphics, TV, Film and Sound, and Esports.
• Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
• Utilise up-to-date industry knowledge to enhance the learning experience of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback to enhance student learning.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.

• Must hold a Media qualification and a full teaching qualification or be actively working towards one.
• Proven experience in teaching Media Studies, particularly in a BTEC context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
• Excellent organisational skills, combined with proficient IT knowledge and sound administrative abilities.
• Current and comprehensive knowledge of the media industry, particularly in areas relevant to the courses being taught.
