We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Development Tutor to join the team on a full-time, term-time-only basis. In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £27,308 per annum (£23,456 pro rata).

About the role:
As the Personal Development Tutor, you will deliver the cross college Personal Development Tutorial Programme (BPC Grow) and to provide ongoing support to students to promote their achievement across all aspects of the study programme.
You will also support students pastorally and promote developing their confidence and resilience.
Furthermore, you will ensure the highest quality learning experience for all students, aligned to a responsive personal development programme that meets and anticipates current and future needs of our learning community.
