Description

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
• Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are completed and maintained to comply with laws and regulations.
• Develop periodic reports for management.
• Audit systems and prepare for annual audits.
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain financial practices throughout the organisation.
• Work with tax returns and analyse financial information.

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in the life sciences industry.
• Excellent understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
