• Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Handling a variety of complex accounts assignments across multiple sectors
• Preparing working papers, statutory accounts, and management accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations
• Managing your own workload efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Supervising, training, and assisting junior team members
• Working collaboratively with team members, seniors, managers, and partners to deliver high-quality results

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist with a minimum of 3 years’ UK practice experience
• Experience with FRS102 1A is essential
• Experience with SRAs, international accounts, consolidated accounts, or charity accounts is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and quick to learn new software
• A proactive, confident, and professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Enjoy working as part of a team and mentoring junior staff
