A leading and well-established UK-based company in the luxury services sector is seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our collaborative team. This role is crucial in supporting financial operations and will offer the opportunity to partner with various internal stakeholders to drive business performance.\

Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical finance professional to contribute to key financial activities, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Assist with financial planning and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
• Support internal and external audits when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
