The Team: The EMEA Regional Customer Marketing team is responsible for planning and deploying comprehensive go-to-market and account-based marketing plans to drive regional demand generation and growth through new business leads and existing customer accounts. We look to delight our customers and create an exceptional customer experience through outbound marketing tactics including digital lead generation campaigns and bespoke customer events. The team partner closely with each other and many other internal stakeholders including commercial sales, client services and market engagement teams to achieve our shared goals and bring an exceptional experience to our customers.

The Role: As a Regional Customer Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in developing and implementing compelling go-to-market and account-based marketing plans using the full marketing mix to support growth for the business within the existing customer base and net new accounts. You will be responsible for owning end to end marketing plans and budget, from prospect acquisition to engagement to conversion via tactical outbound marketing mix including email, social media, webinars, digital advertising and bespoke customer focused events. As a leader in technology, you will have the opportunity to leverage and utilize in-house AI tools in campaign planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with commercial partners to understand fully our customers and to refine programs according to their needs to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy strategic go to market and account-based marketing plans across multiple tactics including email, content syndication, display ads, free events and sponsorships and social media channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with sales managers to understand customer needs and deliver marketing plans that reflect the customer journey and buying cycle.
  • Assess campaigns using data and analytics platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and use of digital techniques and processes.
  • Utilize and leverage current digital tools including in-house AI, Customer Data Platforms and CRM systems (Marketo) to create messaging that resonates with our customers and drive better understanding of audience experience and segmentation and lead quality.
  • Drive knowledge of campaigns; latest leads, target audiences, content advancements and customer interaction with commercial sales peers.
  • Partner with external agencies, including creative, digital, and media planning, to deliver campaign activity where necessary.
  • Drive rapid but well-structured campaign testing designed to validate the potential of digital channels and audiences.
What We're Looking For:

Basic requirements:
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with passion and motivation to work collaboratively within a close regional marketing team.
  • Passion for great customer experience and the drive to grow campaign- based marketing experience in a large, fast paced organization.
  • Sales cycle and account-based marketing knowledge including demand creation and pipeline contribution/acceleration.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies through integrated inbound/outbound marketing campaigns including marketing tactical mix; physical and virtual events, social and digital marketing to meet identified objectives and outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience using key business applications including Sharepoint, SalesForce, Marketo, and HTML
  • Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and experiments -- owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet goals and budgets.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs and to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • High competency in digital marketing and inbound campaigns.
  • Experience in working with, as well as influencing and negotiating with various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong, clear communications skills as well as the confidence to speak up to lead a discussion.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep background managing and incorporating digital tactics into marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with strong history of demonstrating initiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work.
  • Run, maintain, and manage ongoing paid search campaigns across Marketing.
  • Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions.
  • Data and results-driven with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com.
