Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations for the management team.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Liaise with other departments as required.
- Generating sales leads through social media and other channels
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable but not essential.
