Description

HR Coordinator:

  • Reporting to HRBP
  • Works with the HR Team on Projects
  • Improve processes using initiative and pro-activeness, ensuring a streamlined and automated approach, creating workflows and mapping processes
  • Processing global payroll and benefits administration
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks; onboarding paperwork, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right to work, employee inductions, amendment to terms and conditions, absence management, family friendly matters - maternity and paternity leave, joiners, movers, leavers
  • Responsible for administering employee changes, ensuring the HRIS system and personnel files are up to date and accurate
  • Communicate any changes to the required parties e.g. finance teams and benefits providers
  • Managing the HR Inbox and responding to general HR and payroll queries

Profile

HR Coordinator:

  • Must have the ability and drive to improve processes
  • Must have previously worked in a HR role
  • Be analytical and data driven
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements
  • Previously provided general HR Administration services via a complex HRIS
  • Knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • CIPD desirable
