Commercial Finance Manager

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight to support business decisions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, driving profitability, and supporting commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive pricing strategy alongside non-financial stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights that drive performance.
• Develop and implement financial models to support key business decisions.
• Manage and present monthly financial performance reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven finance professional with strong commercial acumen. You will have:

• A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in accountancy, economics or business.
