Commercial Pricing Manager

We are currently partnering on an exclusive basis with a leading Ecommerce/retail business based in the heart of Birmingham.

They are looking for a commercially aware individual, ideally with a finance/pricing background to come on board as a highly strategic Commercial Pricing Manager wanting to lead positive change and implement new ideas to accelerate further success.

As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you would lead the product & commercial team, developing strategies and applying them to deliver the best products at the right prices for their customers across all markets. You would be hands-on in managing the hedging and stock/cash working capital positions, as well as ensuring alignment with core values in everything they always do with a total focus on customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and active involvement in the product buying selection each day in line with wider hedging positions.
• Manage the working capital and hedging position, integrating efficiency at every step.
• Identifying and introducing new product ranges aligned with target markets and enhancing customer engagement.
• Managing a small team of Pricing Analyst.
• Deliver exceptional value for customers through driving cost reductions and process efficiencies.
