You will also challenge forecasts, support budgeting processes, and implement improvements in financial controls and systems to drive efficiency.

What is required

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience in business partnering and adding value through financial insight.
• Have a strong track record of supporting non-finance stakeholders at senior management or director level.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it for a non-financial audience.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Possess a proactive and ambitious mindset, with a desire to grow and progress within a rapidly expanding business.
• Previous experience in the retail or consumer sectors is advantageous but not essential.
