As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the business, working closely with senior leaders to drive commercial decision-making and deliver tangible results. This role offers a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on financial leadership in a business that’s scaling globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial plans are robust and aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, providing financial insights and challenging the status quo to improve performance.
• Deliver detailed analysis on revenue streams, costs, and market trends, supporting key investment and operational decisions.
• Track and interpret financial KPIs, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Support engagement with PE investors, preparing reports and presenting key financial updates.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes, ensuring the business is fit for scale.

We’re looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience. You’ll be commercially minded, confident in presenting to stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
