Join a leading healthcare organisation in Lincoln as a People Advisor on an interim basis. This role is crucial for delivering comprehensive employee relations guidance and supporting the People Advisory team. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering high-quality, consistent advice on engagement, employee relations, and well-being.
Day-to-day of the role: - Provide daily employee relations guidance to managers, focusing on engagement, well-being, and other people matters.
- Build effective working partnerships with senior managers and staff across the organisation.
- Deliver innovative and creative people solutions and change management processes that anticipate and meet changing workforce requirements.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Support ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven track record in developing People Policies.
- Experience managing employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence management, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information and employment legislation clearly and effectively.
- Ability to gain the trust and respect of colleagues and customers.
- Experience in delivering a customer-focused people advisor service.
