Conveyancing Paralegal

An exciting opportunity in Caterham has arisen for a Conveyancing paralegal to join an expanding conveyancing team.
 
You will join a successful practice with a very strong conveyancing department with lots of good quality work.
 
The team and senior management team is warm and welcoming to new staff and is known as a highly desirable place to work.
 
This position is an expansion role; they have been actively growing having recently taken over two law firms in the local area.
 
Your role will include:
 
- Submitting forms and applications 
- Processing property searches
- Liaising with clients and estate agents 

- Completions and post-completions
 
As the successful candidate, you will have:
 
- Good IT and dictation skills 
- Have a minimum of 1 years of experience as a conveyancing paralegal in a UK law firm
