As a Residential Property Paralegal, you'll play a crucial part in guiding their clients through the complexities of property transactions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in residential conveyancing, ensuring you hit the ground running
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, as you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Excellent organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
• A genuine passion for the legal field and a desire to learn and grow within the industry

• A relevant legal qualification or degree, demonstrating your commitment to the profession
