Corporate Account Executive, Bath

We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Account Executive to join a successful broking team in Bath, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for inheriting and managing a book of business primarily consisting of larger and more complex clients.

The Corporate Account Executive will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with these clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inherit and manage a book of business consisting of larger and more complex clients

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact

· Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

· Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on account performance and progress

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

· Proven experience within commercial insurance as an Account Executive or similar role

· Strong understanding of sales and account management principles

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: Negotiable, with an excellent package on offer for the right candidate
