Business Partner Finance

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Analyse and challenge branch performance, identifying trends and areas for growth
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline processes and enhance national consistency
• Dive into operations to propose impactful KPIs, boost productivity, and make key commercial decisions
• Lead financial reporting and budget management for your region

The Candidate

To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 3+ years relevant Finance Business Partnering experience
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary & Benefits

In return, the successful Management Accountant will receive the following:

• £50,000 - £55,000 base salary
• Bonus up to 15%
• Car Allowance
• Hybrid working patterns from the Leeds office
