Finance Business Partner – Transformation – Immediately Available

Location: Leeds

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a Transformation Finance Business Partner based in Leeds.  If you are immediate available and have experience of working on finance system transformation projects this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Within this role you will build effective relationships at a senior level, demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, have strong project management skills and can demonstrate an ability to successfully deliver projects and change.

Your portfolio will be varied and will change based on priorities at the time, which will allow you to be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging pieces of work, providing an opportunity to build excellent experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will actively contribute to the design of the system/process solutions and implementation of requirements
• Much of the work is expected to focus on project delivery and finance business
• Partnering engaging with stakeholders across the organisation
• Leading on aspects of the finance workstreams within the Corporate Processes & Systems programme, which will bring significant change and transformation to accounting systems and processes
• Leading on driving improvements to the processes and procedures with a focus on standardising, streamlining and automating where practical
• Leading a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, investigating issues, and forming and implementing appropriate solutions

Skills and experiences:

• CIMA, ACCA OR ACA Qualified
• Recent relevant experience in Transformation and Systems ideally SAP
• Stakeholder management and influencing
• Commercial and operational decision support
• Strong IT skills including advanced Excel
