You will provide essential support to their worldwide sales team, resellers, and customers across the UK, Europe, and the USA. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales order process, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Sales Coordinator duties

• Carrying out general administrative tasks
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Generating quotes
• Helpdesk management
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Carrying out sales calls with customers
• Monitoring individual KPIs to ensure performance
