The Role As an SEN Support Worker, you will:
- Work closely with students to support their learning, personal care needs, and transition into working life.
- Assist with personal care and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of each student.
- Help implement person-centered plans that reflect the individual needs and aspirations of each client.
- Encourage active participation in activities that foster personal growth, skill-building, and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to supporting our students.
About You We are looking for an SEN Support Worker who:
- Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people with special educational needs.
- Has experience in supporting students with personal care and toileting, or is willing to undertake training.
